Natural Rubber...Natural methods

The latex/rubber in Suite Sleep's mattresses is made using an injection system that produces the purest natural product, for mattress cores that keep their shape. Only air, natural soap, and natural vulcanization agents are used in the manufacturing process.

The Wool

All wool batting in Suite Sleep's mattresses and toppers is 100% pure wool grown in the USA. It is processed without chemicals, dyes, or oils so it contains no residues from processing; just time-honored warmth and absorbency.

The wool comes from coarse wool sheep grown in the USA by small family-run ranchers who take exceptional pride in their natural methods. These sheep are carefully bred and live a stress-free life.

During the summer months, the sheep graze on land that has never been used for agriculture; guaranteeing that it is free from contaminants such as pesticides, herbicides, and synthetic fertilizers. In winter, a well-ventilated, climate-controlled barn with clean floors is stocked daily with fresh bedding, and the sheep are fed a non-rationed supply of organic food. The animals are checked daily for continued health.

The resulting fleeces—shorn from live animals, carefully sorted, and washed with only hot water and vegetable-based soaps (no detergents, chemicals, or chlorine bleach)—contain wool fibers that are strong and springy. The fleeces are processed without the use of oils or bonding agents into wool that retains 4% to 6% lanolin, a natural repellant of dust-mites.

This European-style mattress has 3 separate layers of 100% pure natural or ogranic latex. It is designed to provide a soft, plush feeling while offering excellent, customizable support.

The bottom layer is 2 inches of firm latex, topped with a 4-inch layer of latex in the firmness of your choosing, then a comfort layer of 2-inch soft natural latex rubber. Suite Sleep Wood Slat Foundation

Suite Sleep Upholstered Wood Slat Foundation: 3, 5, 7 or 11 inches

This foundation is designed to be used with Suite Sleep latex mattresses. It features solid wood slats which are fitted following traditional European design and covered in a heavy-duty organic cotton fabric. The wood slats provide extra support for latex mattresses, which are considerably heavier than innerspring mattresses. The foundation complies with the FR1633 fire code and is fitted with metal corner guards to prevent corner damage.

Platform beds typically do not require the use of a foundation, but low bed frames often need a foundation to make the mattress the proper height. Latex mattresses should not be used on a conventional box spring foundation, as these do not provide enough support and the mattress and box spring will be damaged due to the heavy mattress weight.

20 Year Limited Suite Sleep Mattress Warranty

Suite Vesta Exchanges: The Suite Vesta mattress features layers of latex in different densities to meet an individual's unique comfort needs. The center layer is split into two pieces to accommodate each sleeper's firmness choice. One or both of these layers may be replaced once during the life of the mattress at the replacement cost listed in Suite Sleep's exchange policy. If you chose to replace a layer you will receive a brand new latex core and will keep your old one, in case you need to switch back to it later.
