The color pattern in Earth Weave’s new Catskill carpet and rugs is created with organic dyes, using their proprietary OrganoSoftColors process. This heavyweight, luxurious wool carpet is beautiful to look at and wonderful to touch. The color and texture variation conveys a unique styling, and the softness is second to none. The product took a long time to develop, but the wait was worth it…Catskill carpet and rugs are very popular with our customers!

  • Chemical-free, natural wool face fiber. Natural hemp, cotton and jute backing. Natural rubber adhesive (attaches fiber to backing).
  • Organically dyed, luxuriously soft variable texture, cut-pile. Elegantly finished with serged edges.
  • Weight: 65 oz. per square yard. Thickness: 1/2 in.
  • UP TO 8 FREE SWATCHES total (including carpet, rug, underlayment). Extra swatches are $2 each and will be invoiced after order is received.
  • Due to the flexible and stretchable nature of the carpet, standard and custom-size rugs might be an inch wider or narrower than the specified dimensions.
  • Note that all wool carpet and rugs shed fibers, especially when new, and the Catskill style sheds more than other styles; shedding is not considered a manufacturing defect.
  • Custom rugs are available in any size, and usually take 2-4 weeks to make. Contact us with your dimensions, style and color for a custom rug quote.
  • Lead time: Carpet and padding typically leave the Georgia warehouse within a week, unless the style/color is back-ordered. If not in stock, carpet and rugs might take 3-5 weeks to be produced. Lead times are often a bit longer during the year-end holiday season.
  • Carpet and rugs are produced in Dalton, GA of wool from the UK.
  • Estimated shipping cost for rugs up to 8′ wide, by UPS: 4×6 = $75 | 5×8 = $95 | 6×9 = $110 | 8×10 = $180
  • Estimated shipping for 10×12 = $295 for curbside delivery by freight carrier.
  • The Catskill style is being discontinued and supply is limited of Palomino and Heron. Please contact us before purchasing to see if there’s enough in stock for your order.
NOTE: Due to the rapidly increasing cost of shipping, all rug shipping costs are estimates. If the actual cost exceeds what you are charged by 10% or more we may ask you to approve an additional payment, normally within two business days of purchase.
