Earth Weave Natural Carpet & Rugs
Earth Weave Carpet Mills, Inc. manufactures and promotes renewable resource floor covering for the 21st Century. Their commitment lies not in recycling petrochemical products, but rather in taking advantage of the ultimate manufacturer, Mother Nature. Using truly natural materials such as wool, jute, hemp, cotton and rubber, Earth Weave manufactures innovative, high quality wool carpet and area rugs for both residential and light commercial applications.
SWATCHES: To see, feel, and smell Earth Weave’s products in person we can send you up to eight swatches at no charge. A sample board with all 32 styles and colors is $30, including shipping. CONSTRUCTION: All Earth Weave carpets and rugs are made in the USA of 100% untreated, chemical-free wool. SHIPPING: Estimated FedEx Ground shipping for a rug in the continental USA: 4X6 = $35; 5X8 = $49; 6X9 = $79; 8X10 = $195. Estimated curbside delivery of 10×12 rugs = $225. Estimated commercial delivery of carpet = $195. Residential delivery and certain locations may be higher. NOTE: Due to the rapidly increasing cost of shipping, carpet, padding, and rug shipping costs listed on our website are estimates. If the actual cost exceeds what you are charged by 10% or more we may ask you to approve an additional payment, normally within two business days of purchase. LEAD TIME: Carpet, padding and standard rug sizes typically leave the Georgia warehouse within a week, unless the style/color is back-ordered. If not in stock, carpet and rugs might take 2-4 weeks to be produced. Custom rugs usually take 2-4 weeks to make. Lead times are often a bit longer during the year-end holiday season. MEASURING: If you don’t know how much carpet you need you can send us a floor plan with the dimensions of each room you want carpeted and we will provide a “ballpark” estimate. However, it is very important to have an installer measure prior to ordering to make sure he will commit to doing the job with the quantity you order. Most installers will measure for free. CARPET INSTALLERS: To find a certified floor covering installer in your area, visit the International Certified Flooring Installers Association. Other good referral sources are the Better Business Bureau, Angie’s List and Yelp; and we have had very good luck asking local home builders, architects and remodeling contractors for a referral to their favorite installer. SEAM TAPE: To make sure your installed carpet remains as pure as possible, ask your installer to use a low-VOC seam tape. One that we’ve used successfully is made by Premier Tape Products. PHOTOS and SPECS: Actual color may be different than it appears online. No warranty is made as to individual reactions, physical or otherwise, regarding this carpet and its effects. As the product uses natural wool and natural backing systems, we do not warrant for smells or odors; and it is subject to variances in color, shade and texture. Free samples are available on request. Due to the flexible nature of the material, there can be a one-inch variability in dimensions of finished rugs.

SAD NEWS 5/5/21: There has been a fire in the Earth Weave rug warehouse, so until further notice Earth Weave rugs will be made to order and will take longer than usual to ship. The fire did not affect the warehouse where carpet is stored, so it did not contaminate the carpet or materials used to make rugs.
